Mark One Apparel’s most valuable assets are its employees. Mark One Apparel hires over 670 employees most of which are Fiji locals but also experts in their field from Australia. Our success is built on the happiness and safety of our co-workers and we make a strong effort to keep our high standard. Here is a small selection of initiatives that we implemented for our employees:

Our Occupational Health and Safety Committee ensures a safe workplace by constantly surveying the workplace and by training every employee how to work in a responsible and safe way.

Our Child Minding Centre ensures the peace of mind of our working mothers. We believe to have created a fun environment where are little ones are taken care of while their mothers are busy.

Our own Mirco Finance Scheme encourages our staff to save and enables them to take small loans with low interest. Annually Mark One Apparel facilitates medical examinations that have included pap smears and anaemia screening.
